The 6th Walton Services Wrestling (men’s and women’s) gets underway from today (Monday) at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali Handball Stadium.
The two-day event will see the same eight weight categories in both the male and female sections, sponsored by Walton Group and organised by Bangladesh Amateur Wrestling Federation.
The men’s section weight categories are 57, 61, 65, 70, 78, 86, 97 and 125 kgs while the women’s section weight categories are 48, 53, 55, 58, 60, 63, 69 and 75kgs.
The champions and runners-up teams of both men’s and women’s section will get trophy while the first second, third and fourth place finishers of each weight categories will be awarded with Walton home appliances.
