ServicEngineBPO, a Dhaka-based business process outsourcing firm and a subsidiary of Abdul Monem Group, has been named in The Global Outsourcing 100 for the third consecutive year.
The Global Outsourcing 100 (GO100) is an annual listing of the world’s best outsourcing service providers compiled by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
The IAOP recently released the top 100 list by evaluating each company in five areas: size and growth, customer references, awards and certifications, programs for innovation and corporate social responsibilities..
“We are proud that the IAOP has recognized us as one of the top 100 outsourcing companies in the world. We will continue to flourish IT and IT related enable services and help established Digital Bangladesh through employment generation, export diversification, technology innovation and digitization for social and economic contribution,” ASM Mohiuddin Monem, Chairman of ServicEngineBPO, told The New Nation on Saturday.
He said, “This is not only an achievement for ServicEngineBPO but also for all the young IT talents, professionals and Bangladeshis”.

Started with only six people in 2006, ServicEngineBPO now has a team of over 500 young talents. The firm exports its products and services to the US and European countries, with the US making up 90 per cent of its overseas sales.
Apart from ServicEngineBPO’s core operation, it is very actively engaged in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in the area of education, nutrition, well being and environment that has given a competitive edge to secure the place on the GO100 for three consecutive years.
The company has offices in the US.
