Bangladesh Academy of Sciences (BS) and the Center for Ethics Education (CEE) jointly organized a seminar on ‘Ethics in Scientific Research ‘ in the auditorium of National Museum of Science and Technology in the city’s Agargaon on Monday.
Qazi Abdul Fattah, President of Bangladesh Academy of Sciences attended the seminar as the chief guest.
Professor Dr. M Ataul Karim, Expatriate Fellow of Bangladesh Academy of Sciences presented the article on “Ethics in Scientific Research”. An article on “Ethics in Agricultural research” was presented by Prof. Dr. M A Rahim, Department of Horticulture, Bangladesh Agriculture University, Mymensingh. Dr. Firdausi Qadri, Fellow, BAS and Emeritus Scientist, icddrb presented an article on the topic “Ethics in Medical Research”.
