The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Bangladesh University (BU) hosted a seminar titled “Engineering Innovation” at the university in the city on Thursday. The seminar was an initiative to broaden horizon of knowledge of recent technological advancements in the field of engineering and encourage engineering students to think innovatively. Prof Dr Md Golam Ali Fakir, Vice Chancellor (in-charge) of the university joined the seminar as the chief guest with Prof Dr Md Imamuddin, Head of the Department of EEE, in the chair. Dean of the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Technology Engineer Mashiur Rahman and other faculty members and students of the department were present.
