Centre for Legal Research of Southeast University (SEU) and Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) jointly organized a seminar on “ADR in Bangladesh Laws: Arbitration and Mediation Centre” at the university seminar hall on Thursday.
Dr. Toufiq Ali, Chief Executive, Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) delivered speech as the keynote speaker and Prof Dr Anwar Hossain, Vice Chancellor of Southeast university was the chief guest while Prof Dr Md Abdul Hakim, Dean (Acting), School of Arts & Social Sciences of the University presided over the seminar.
Syed Robayet Ferdous, Assistant Professor and Director, Centre for Legal Research, SEU, Dept. of Law & Justice delivered the welcome speech.
Barrister Nabil Ahsan and Advocate Mokarramus Shaklan were the discussants of the program.
Md. Asaduzzaman, Chairman, Department of Law and Justice delivered the vote of thanks. Bahreen Khan, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Law & Justice conducted the program.
