Suspect financer to militant group- Hamza Brigade Enamul Hoque given second time confessional statement before the court in Chittagong yesterday.
After end of two days remand, Enamul was presented before the court by RAB forces at about 11 am yesterday.
The alleged Enamul given confessional statement under section -164 before the Chitagong Judicial Magistrate Farhana Yasmeen and end of recording his statement, he was sent to jail custody, court sources said.
Public Prosecutor of Chittagong District Judge Court Advocate Abul Hashem told that lack of any bail prayer for him in court, judge directed him to sent to jail after recording the second time statement.
Court granted two days remand on September 14 last in a case of Hathazari thana and earlier he was also granted 2 days remand in a explosive case of Banskhali thana earlier.
Enamul Hoque , owner of Golden Touch Apparels was arrested from Tongi on September 5 last. Mentionable that three lawyers of supreme court of Bangladesh were also arrested allegedly involved with the financing to Hamza Brigade from Dhaka on August 18 last.
