SEBL approved 10pc cash dividend: Southeast Bank Limited has been approved 10percent cash dividend and the audited financial statements of the bank for the year 2020. The decision was taken from the 26th Annual General Meeting of the bank held through virtually recently. Alamgir Kabir, Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. Bank’s directors Md. Akikur Rahman, Raiyan Kabir, M. Maniruz Zaman Khan (nominated by Bay Leasing & Investment Limited), Independent Directors Syed Sajedul Karim, Dr. Quazi Mesbahuddin Ahmed, Mohammad Delwar Husain, Bank’s Advisor Zakir Ahmed Khan and Managing Director M. Kamal Hossain participated in the meeting. A large number of shareholders and sponsors of the bank took part in the meeting, said a press release.
