The mercury of the heat wave in the port city gradually increasing for the last few days . As a result the city dwellers are suffering from excessive high temperature and this mercury may be increased further next , a weather forecast office sources said.
While contacted the Patenga Met office weather forecast officer Abdul Hamid told that the highest temperature was recorded yesterday morning which may increase further from today. He said the temperature on Wednesday was 34 degree celcious and yesterday was 35 degree. City dwellers sources said the scorching heat is being feeling than the mercury of temperature as recorded in the met office.
