A two-day long festival titled ‘RUSC Science Fiesta-2016’ will be held at Rajshahi University campus on November 12 and 13.
Rajshahi University Science Club with the association of ACI Limited will arrange the festival for the first time to spread out the joy and passion of science throughout the nation.
RUSC president Chawdury Arif Jahangir disclosed it at a press conference on Saturday noon.
The state minister for foreign affairs Shahriar Alam is expected to address the programme as chief guest while RU vice chancellor Professor Muhammad Mizanuddin, pro vice chancellor Professor Chawdhury Sarwar Jahan and Professor Dr. Masum Habib, principal of Rajshahi Medical Collage, among others, will present as special guests.
The festival will include project show competition, science Olympiad, science talk, oral research presentation competition, science business idea presentation.
Students across the country who want to participate at the fest have to register their name through RUSC website www.ruscienceclub.com or its booth at the university campus.
