A school boy was killed at Moddho Sheripara area in Sherpur town of Sherpur on Monday afternoon. The deceased was identified as Md Atikul Islam son of Md Sharifur Rahman at Moddho Sheripara in Sherpur Sadar Upazila of the district. Locals said Atikul was sitting beside the road of Moddho Sheripara area. A bus of Baishakhi transportation was bound for Bakshigong. The bus lost its control and ran over Atikul at that area. People hurriedly took him to Sherpur Sadar Hospital and doctor on duty declared him death. Atikul reads in class ten in Sherpur GK Pilot High School.
