A school student (12) was killed when a truck at Sakaregaree on Ishwardi Ike Road around 9:30 am yesterday.
He is the son of Ariful Islam of Jagannathpur village and an eighth grade student of the bhasha Shaheed Bidyanikanton School. After this incident the shadow of mourning came down on the family of the victim and her educational institution.
Eyewitnesses said that Sraat was going to his private residence at his teacher’s house on foot at his rented house at Vellupara .
At that time, a speeding truck from Roppur area approached Ishwardi on the side of the wroing and printed it in front of him. Seeing the state of affairs, the helper driver fled the truck.
