Managing Director of Chittagong WASA Engr. AKM Fazlullah said students should have take responsibilities of misuse of water as the students are the future of the nation. CWASA chairman was addressing the School Campaign on Misuse of Water in city at Nasirabad Govt school auditorium on Monday as chief guest.
Deputy Managing Director of CWASA Mr. Ratan Kumar Sarker, Secretary Md.Shamsuzdoha and JAICA Water project chief Mr. Masuemi Hiroama were present in it as special guests. Headmaster of NasirabadGovt High school Md. Faridul Alam presided over the campaign.
Among others CWASA Public Relations Officer Kazi Nurjahan Shila, Water Specialist of JAICA Mir Hasan Abdullah and the teachers of the school were participated the campaign. About 200 students of the school participated in it.
A multimedia projections displayed in the campaign on austerity of water use , necessity of pure drinking water and misuse of water in everday’s life of the people. Mentionable that such campaigns will be arranged in every schools of the city, the sources said.
