UNO of Raozan Jonaid Kabir Sohag and other upazila Awami League leaders including Panel Mayor Md Zamiruddin Parvez handed over crest and talents scholarship money to students of Raozan now under study in different college and universities yesterday at Upazila Auditorium yesterday.
On the occasion of 66th birth anniversary of the Chairman of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Railway ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury MP, a programme of Talents Scholarship was arranged at upazilaauditoirum . About 150 students of Raozan have been awarded with honorary crest and talents scholarship money in the function. Upazila Chairman Ehsanul bHaider Chowdhury graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
Senior journalists of Chattogram and former Secretary and Vice president of Chattogram Press Club SuklalDas and RatanKantiDevashish were present in it as honourary guests.
Panel Mayors Bashiruddin Khan and Zamiruddin Parvez also attended it as special guests presided by the UNO .
The law maker of Raozan ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury in a teleconference delivered speech for the students .
