Supreme Court (SC) Legal Aid Committee will hold views exchange meeting with rights groups on April 26.
“The main aim of the meeting is to gather ideas for formulating future strategies of the committee. We will share our experience with the chief executives and senior officials of the rights bodies of the country,” Advocate Titas Hellol Rema, member secretary of legal aid committee, told BSS.
Advocate Rema said the committee chairman Justice M Enayetur Rahim and other officials will take part in the meeting.
Country is all set to observe National Legal Aid Day on April 28 with the aim to raise awareness about providing judicial assistance to all.
Marking the day, Supreme Court (SC) Legal Aid Committee has already held a meet the press function at Supreme Court conference room on April 18.
