Saudi Ambassador Abdullah H M Al-Mutairi on Monday called on Speaker of the parliament and Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury at her Sangsad Bhaban office here. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral issues of the two countries, said a press release. The Speaker said, in future the bond of friendship between both the countries will be further strengthened.
Al-Mutairi said the Speaker of Maslish Ash-Shura or The Shura Council will visit Bangladesh at a convenient time. Praising the Bangladeshi workers in Saudi Arabia, the envoy said there are a large number of workers working there.
