‘Satata Store’ was opened in the Willes Little Flower School and College in the city on Sunday.
The store installed in the educational institute with the assistance of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and UNDP as part of an initiative to spray light of honesty among the students by installing Satata Stores’ in educational institutes.
ACC Commissioner (Investigation) A F M Aminul Islam was the chief guest on the inaugural function while the Chairman of the governing body of the institution Muhammad Arifur Rahman presided over the programme.
The ACC Director General Md. Atiqur Rahman Khan and ACC Director General (Prevention) Md. Zafar Iqbal, Sudipto Mukherjee, UNDP Country Director in Dhaka and the acting Principal of the institute also present as special guests.
The speakers on the function have stressed on the students to create examples of honesty. They also advised to the students to take preparations to win the world through honesty.
