Sarah Begum Kobori, film star and a former MP, has received lifetime achievement award `Uro-CJFB Performance Award 2014` for her contribution to the cultural arena. The award giving ceremony was held at the International Convention City Bashundhara in the city on Friday. Globe Soft Drinks Limited and Cultural Journalists` Forum of Bangladesh (CJFB) jointly arranged the function. Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu attended the function as the chief guest and handed over the award. Editor and Publisher of fortnightly `Binodon` Arshad Hosein and Chairman of Globe Soft Drinks Limited Harunur Rashid also attended the function as special guests.
