There’s no stopping Sanju at the box-office. The film has been breaking records right from the first day of release. And now, it has surpassed Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan to become the 4th highest grossing Bollywood film of all time in just 19 days since its release. The lifetime collection of Bajrangi Bhaijaan stands at Rs 320.34 crore while Sanju has already managed to earn Rs 321.57 crore at the box office in India so far.
Currently, the only films that have earned more than Sanju are Aamir Khan’s Dangal (Rs 387.38 crore), PK (Rs 340.8 crore) and Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 339.16 crore). While Dangal is still a long way ahead of Sanju, we expect the film to cross the collections of Tiger Zinda Hai soon and earn the title of the third highest grossing film of all time in B-town. However, getting there could be a tough task for Sanju. Since, this week the much- awaited Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter starrer Dhadak will hit the screens along with many popular Hollywood offerings such as Hotel Transylvania 3 : Summer Vacation and the Dwayne Johnson starrer Skyscraper.
