While Rishi Kapoor’s comments created quite a stir last week, this week Sania Mirza left all in splits as she revealed she was hooked to television soap Balika Vadhu and used to ask her mother what’s happening in Anandi’s life over the phone from Wimbledon. Talking about Balika Vadhu, the TV show based on the theme of child marriage which premiered in the year 2008, the tennis star said, “Listen, I liked that show. It was a sweet show. And my sister would be like, seriously? You’re going to sit in Wimbledon and you’re going to watch this? And I was like listen, I have to go and find this website that shows Balika Vadhu.”
