Renowned Bengali singer Sandhya Mukherjee was rushed to a hospital on Thursday morning after her health condition deteriorated. The 90-year-old singer was facing breathing difficulties after which she was immediately rushed to a state-run hospital in Kolkata. “She has infections in both her lungs. She slipped in the bathroom yesterday. She also fever. However, she is alert and is undergoing treatment at the Woodburn Block,” quoted sources in the health department to The Telegraph Online.
