Samsung Mobile announced ‘Samsung Studio’ winners in BD

Samsung Mobile Bangladesh has announced the champion design of the Samsung Studio campaign. The design of freelance designer Lutfun Nahar Moonmoon has been selected as the champion design and the designs of Animesh Sharma and Aniket Bhattacharjee have been selected as the runners up designs of Samsung Studio from the shortlisted fourteen designs.
Samsung has launched “Samsung Studio”, an ingenious initiative to associate greater local affinity through its products and services for Bangladesh in 24 January 2016. The goal was, for the first time ever; the product packaging (or ‘unit boxes’) for Samsung phones will be designed in Bangladesh and for Bangladesh.
Samsung Mobile Bangladesh has reached many creative people of various organizations including the top universities of Bangladesh and saw greater enthusiasm among the creative people. Later Samsung Has received hundreds of wonderful design submissions.
The designer of the final design was awarded with $1000 cash as the first prize but also that design will be atthe millions of people’s hands with the boxes of Samsung handsets in Bangladesh.
Besides, two runners up have received two Samsung smartphones and all the top fourteen finalists have received certificates from a very capable panel of judges, including Rafiqun Nabi, Artist; Shabbyashachi Hazra, Artist; Rezaul Islam, Marketing Director, BATB; Neville Ferdous Hasan, Executive Director, Asiatic and Young-Woo Lee, General Manager, Samsung Electronics Bangladesh, has evaluated the finalists’ designs in creative, strategic and execution criteria and selected the final design.
