Samsung Electronics Bangladesh has recently conducted a conference, ‘Samsung Consumer Electronics Technical Forum 2017’ for first time in Khulna for home appliance technicians. The main objective of this forum was to strengthen the relationship between Samsung and the technicians and to give them advanced level of training to develop their skill sets, said a media release.
Seungwon Youn, Managing Director of Samsung Electronics Bangladesh, Firoze Mohammad, Head of Consumer Electronics and other officials of the company were present at the event.
“Being the Global Number 1 Consumer Electronics brand, Samsung Electronics does not only lead in the innovations but also values customer experience and satisfaction. We have been trying to build a strong technician force ever since our inception in Bangladesh. As a part of our effort, for the first time ever we have conducted a successful forum for our technicians in Khulna, we’re now planning to bring it in every divisional cities of Bangladesh”, Seungwon Youn said.
