Legendary film actor Razzak’s youngest son, popular film actor Khalid Hossain Samraat is becoming regular in acting again. He has already started shooting of a television drama. To focus on good story and character, Samraat
is becoming regular in acting in TV dramas, according to the actor. Same thing will also be happened in case of acting in movie because Samraat has keen interest to work in big screen. To keep honour to his father, Razzak, Samraat said, “With Abbu’s hands elder brother Bapparaz and I came to film industry. Ami Banchte Chai was my debut movie. Later, I acted in many movies. But at one stage, budget of film making reduced and Abbu started to work a little
bit in movies. We also lost our interest to work. Today Abbu is not alive. Very few people related to the film industry continue to contact with us. But we have no pain in this regard because we are passing our days good, Alhamdulillah. We are working by own ways. In the meantime, I have already worked in some episode dramas and drama serials. Some works remain for coming days. Overall, I have become regular in acting in the small screen.” Samraat informed that he has already taken part in shooting of Imdadul Haque Khan’s drama serial Natai Ghuri. He is also engaged with acting in new serial, Hoi Choi Dotcom, directed by Sajib Mahmud. He also acted in Apon Rana’s drama Red Alert Family. Basically Samraat is acting in drama serials now. Besides acting, he has to give time to their family business. Samraat-starred and Soreja Mahmud directed episode drama Dui Jibon has already aired on Ekushey Television. Main thing is that Samraat-acted most of the works are going to air in different TV channels soon or have already telecasted.
