In her long time music career, National Film Award winning singer Samina Chowdhury is going to face a different type of experience. Today is her birthday. She will celebrate her birthday in different way.
Basically on her birthday Samina Chowdhury doesn’t take any working schedule. She wants to give time to her family members. She prefers to give time to them.
But this year she will break its continuation. Tonight she will perform at a programme of Cadet College Club in the city’s Gulshan area, Samina said.
Samina Chowdhury’s last solo album titled Ekti Bondhu Chai was released under the banner of Laser Vision recently.
Raghab Chatterjee was her co-singer of Samina in the album. Twelve songs of the album were written by Zulfiqar Russell.
Meanwhile, on August 26, Samina for the first time acted in a TV play titled Midnight Black Coffee. While talking in this regard she said, “It is a thrilling story based play. In my character, there are love, anger and thrilling. Shahidul Islam Sachchu and Tawquir Ahmed cooperated me well to act in that play. I am grateful to both of them. The play will be aired on NTV in Eid-ul-Azha.”
