Hailed from Khulna, promising actress Samina Basar worked with popular small-screen director of recent time SN Jhony for the first time as a pair in a telefilm titled Prem O Porir Golpo.
Just completed her BBA from the Chandigarh University in Punjab, Prem O Porir Golpo is going to be Samina’s maiden project in the country’s acting industry.
It is interesting thing that Samina was offered to feature in BU Shuvo’s telefilm following their sudden meeting in a programme recently.
The shooting of the telefilm was completed recently in the capital’s Uttara area.
While talking about making the telefilm director Shuvo told this correspondent, “After we met a few days ago, I promised Samina that I will cast her in my project very soon and I kept my promise. Pori Moni in the beginning of her career acted in some of my dramas. Today she is a superstar and I am proud of her. I also have a bigger vision for Samina like her.”
Samina shared her feelings by this way, “I dream of becoming a good actress. BU Shuvo has created the platform to complete my dream. I am grateful to him. The story of Prem O Porir Golpo is amazing. I am hopeful about my maiden project.”
“Even though it was her acting venture, Samina was very lively in her performance. If she continues to do that in the future, she will do great,” Johny said.
Director Shuvo also informed that the telefilm Prem O Porir Golpo will be telecast soon on Ekushey TV soon.
