Popular face of present time Salha Khanam Nadia is a regular face in TV plays, TV commercial and music video. She has also keen interest to work in big screen. Different types of movies are being made now. She wants to work in such type of movie.
While talking in this regard Nadia told this correspondent, “If I good story, talented director and overall appropriate role for me I will work in movie which will become a milestone in the long run. I don’t want to act in movie without creating any hype among the viewers. I have already got some offers to work in movies but those did not attract me. So, I couldn’t work in big screen. But if I have to wait for acting in good movie I can do it. For this reason, I am regularly acting in small screen right now and waiting to work in big screen.”
Nadia also informed that yesterday she has finished shooting of Jewel directed play Officer at Pubail in Gazipur. AKhM Hasan played the key role against Nadia in this play.
Nadia’s acting was highly appreciated in Sagor Jahan’s play Nosu Villain-er Sangsar, Mahin-er Laal Diary and Golam Sohrab Dodul’s Ami Sottyo in last Eid.
Today is Nadia’s birthday. Today she will be present at Rtv’s Tarokalap which is scheduled to be aired on 10:40am. Later she will pass the day along with family. She said, “Everybody pray for me as I can remain well and also can work successfully in media.”
Nadia acted first TV play was Mostafa Kamal Raz’s O My God! She came into limelight to perform as a model against Arifin Shuvo in a TVC of Jui Coconut Oil under Amitabh Reza’s direction. Her acted VK Zayed directed Durbin and short film Maya were highly appreciated to all. Tahsan and Jovan were respectively her co-actors in these. Within very short days Nadia acted and SM Kamruzzaman Sagor directed Bhalobasha Chokh-er Jol… will go on air on ATN Bangla soon, she added.
