In order to ensure animal nutrition to the people in the corona situation across the country, the district administration and district livestock department have inaugurated the mobile sale of milk, eggs and meat at fair prices in Rangpur.
Rangpur Deputy Commissioner Asib Ahsan inaugurated the program in front of the Rangpur main post office adjacent to Kachari Bazar in the city at 12:30 pm on Sunday. Rangpur Divisional Director of Livestock Department Krishibid Shah Md. Jalal Khandaker, District Livestock Officer Dr. Md. Sirajul Haque, Sadar Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. AMS Sadequr Rahman, Live Stock Extension Officer Dr. Anika Tahsin Simanti, Rangpur Dairy Farmers Association President Latifur Rahman Milon, General Secretary SM Asikur Rahman, President of Rangpur Poultry Industry Owners Association Akbar Hossain, General Secretary Armanur Rahman Lincoln, Magic and others. At the time, Deputy Commissioner Asib Ahsan said, “We welcome the decision to sell mobile milk, eggs and meat at a fair price, so that customers can easily get milk, eggs and meat at a fair price.”
The Rangpur Dairy Farmers ‘Association (RDFA) Poultry and Industrial Owners’ Association is involved in the sale of mobile milk, eggs and meat at fair prices. Every day mobile milk, eggs and meat are sold at fair prices from 6 places in the metropolis.
