Kazi Salahuddin is going to be the President of South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) for the fourth consecutive times. Salahuddin became SAFF President for the first time in 2009. The 25th April was the last day to submit the nomination papers for the posts of SAFF. General Secretary of SAFF Anwarul Haque Helal said, ” No one submitted nomination paper for the post of President of SAFF. So, after the scrutiny, on June 25, the formal announcement of the name of the SAFF President will be declared.” It may be mentioned that Kazi Salahuddin has become the President of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) for fourth successive times.
