Entertainment Report :As a fashion designer and model, Pial Hossain started his career in media in 1999. During that time he got award as a promising fashion designer to introduce variation and new dimension in fashion.Besides it, he also became a popular model during that time. Under the direction of Ringo he first came into limelight to perform as a model in a TV commercial of Fay Tissue. Later, Pial worked in several TV commercials under Afzal Hossain’s direction like Henolux, Starship, Ahmed Yusuf Saber’s Gondhoraj Coconut Oil and Elite Paint, etc. But in the acting arena, Pial debuted his career by Chayanika Chowdhury’s a play titled Tomar Opekshai in 2010. In that year, he also acted in another play titled Tin Mon under Arif Khan’s direction. He has been living in USA permanently since 2011.Recently Pial has returned to Bangladesh to take part in shooting of Nuzhat Alvi Ahmed’s a play titled Bujhena Se Bujhena. Sajal and Momo also performed with him in the play.While talking about his performance in the play Pial Hossain told this correspondent, “After a break of every three-month, I have to come to Dhaka only for the affection of acting. Under my own production house, Anushka Entertainment TV plays and telefilms are being made now. Everybody cooperate me.”Jakia Bari Momo shared her feelings by this way, “Story of play Bujhena Se Bujhena is really outstanding. For this reason, I have agreed to work in the play. Now I am only thinking about film rather than TV plays except good story based plays.” Sajal said, “Pial Bhai is known to me from many years. I first worked with him in a TV commercial of Starship. But we worked together in a TV play for first time. The play became a nice work.”Meanwhile, Pial has also worked in a telefilm titled Bhalobashar Shatdin under HR Joy’s direction. plays Bujhena Se Bujhena and Bhalobashar Shatdin will go on air in any satellite channel on the occasion of next Eid-ul-Fitr, Pial said. However, Pial last performed as a model against Tanjin Tisha in a TV commercial under Anjam Masud’s direction in 2014. Pial’s acted and Tonmoy Tansen’s directed a film titled Runout is waiting to release soon, Pial said.On the other hand, Momo’s acted Shihab Shahin’s directed a film titled Chhuye Diley Mon is scheduled to be released April 10, Momo said. n
