His main identity is a successful music director. Saj Ahmed Shahriar is one of them who has successfully themselves in films, audio albums and stage performances as music director. He has been attached with music during his childhood. While studying in London University he received training in Western Classical Music. He took lesson in keyboard for two years from Miles Band’s Manam Ahmed. Later he took lesson from Ustad Khaled Kaiser Douglas.
While talking about returning to music with new song Saj said, “I am coming with a new song composed by me where Bushra Zabin will give her voice with me. Tanim Rahman Angshu will make its music video. Popular DJ Duke will compose its remix. Its second version will be remixed by DJ Sonica.”
It is noted that in 1996, Saj Ahmed went to India to take part in Gulshan Kumar’s T-Series Co’s Talent Hunt contest in category of assistant music director. In 1993, he formed a band Renegades with Balam, Habib, Shahid Mahmud and Ripon.
