Akhtar Hossain Badal, President of Saidpur Upazila Awami League and former Mayor of Saidpur Municipality died at CMH Rangpur on Saturday in a cardiac arrest.
He breathed his last at 12.30pm. He was 63.
Badal was also the president of Road and Transport Workers Federation, North Bengal.
