Enacting law to appoint SC judges on card: Anisul

UNB, Dhaka :The government is considering enactment of a law on the appointment and qualifications of Supreme Court judges, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister told Parliament on Monday.The law will be enacted in line with article 95 (2) of the Constitution, Anisul Huq said, replying to a starred question of AKM Mayeedul Islam (Kurigram-3).“Effective steps will be taken soon to enact the law on the appointment and qualifications of the Supreme Court judges,” he added.Responding to another starred question...
