Anatoli Kelly Safa, who is popularly known as Safa Kabir, and Jovan came into limelight to perform as models in TV commercials. Though both of them are engaged in TVCs but they have intention to work in the small screen with acting in the long run. As a result, they are now concentrated to work in TV plays. They are now working together also.
For the first time, Safa Kabir and Jovan worked together under the story written by noted litterateur Imdadul Haq Milon. Under Milon’s story Chayanika Chowdhury made a play titled Bolo Tarey to cast Safa and Jovan.
While talking about the play its director Chayanika Chowdhury told this correspondent, “I am grateful to Milon Bhai to give me a nice script. It is really a nice love story where there is love and tension. I believe viewers will enjoy the play.”
Jovan and Safa acted in roles of Asif and Orpa respectively in the play where Azam Khan also acted in role of Safa’s father.
While sharing her feelings to work in the play Safa Kabir said, “From the beginning of my career I had planned to work under Chayanikadi’s direction. At last, she extended her hands in this regard. I am very much excited to work under her direction. It is really a nice script. I and Jovan worked together in the play joyfully.” It is Safa-Jovan’s fourth play as a pair.
