For the first time, Urmila Srabonti Kar, Safa Kabir and Emon worked together in Eid special play Bicycle Bhalobasa. Russell Shikder has made the play to telecast on Banglavision in Eid-ul-Fitr. Naznin Hasan Chumki wrote story of the play. Shooting of the play has done in the city’s Uttara area recently.
While talking about the play Emon told this correspondent, “On the occasion of coming Eid, I have acted in several numbers of good plays and telefilms. It was my first work with Safa Kabir and Urmila. It has become a nice work. I have really enjoyed working with them in the play.”
Urmila Srabonti Kar said, “Earlier I was introduced with Emon but we never worked together. It was also my first work with Safa. Overall we have tried to make a nice play. Therefore, story of the play is also nice. For this reason, viewers will like the play, I believe.”
Safa Kabir shared her feelings by this way, “Both Emon Bhaiya and Urmila Apu are my favourite. I have really liked working with them in the play.”
Rawnak Hasan also acted in a guest role in the play. Urmila has worked under some directors’ direction like Ezaz Munna, Goutam Koiree, Kawshik Shankar Das, among others, on the occasion of Eid. But Emon has worked in several numbers of good story based plays.
Safa Kabir informed that she has acted in several numbers of plays. In these works, she performed with different looks. Today she is going to Manikganj to take part in shooting of Rubayet Mahmud’s play The Journey.
