For the last four years promising model cum TV actress Safa Kabir has been working in TV plays, serials and TVCs at a time. Though she got many offers to perform as a model in music videos but did not work.
For the first time, Safa is performing as a model in a music video. Shooting of the video began on Wednesday at different locations in Kapasia in Gazipur. Shahriar Pallab is making a music video of a promising singer Mehedi Nahid’s a song. Its shooting will be continied today, Safa confirmed it yesterday.
While sharing her feelings to perform as a model in a music video Safa Kabir told this correspondent, “Now our music videos are international standard which are being enjoyed on Youtube. In fact, I wanted to perform as a model in a standard music video. Interest from the singer Mehedi Bhai, storytelling of the music video and its shooting – everything inspired me to work. I hope this work will be a good one and viewers will enjoy the video.”
Safa informed that before Eid her fans will get the scope to enjoy the video on Youtube. On the occasion of Eid, she has completed shooting of several works. She worked under the direction of Tania Ahmed, Mabrur Rashid Bannah, Rajibul Islam Rajib, Mostafa Kamal Raz, Shikder Russell, Adnan Al Rajib, among others’ works. Before Eid she will be also engaged with other plays.
Safa started her acting career through Adnan Al Rajib’s telefilm titled @18 All-time Dourer Upor. Later she became model of a TVC of Airtel directed by Ashfaq Bipul. But her uttered a dialogue Facebooking parey na of Rahat Rahman’s a TVC of Peanut Bar became popular among all. Later she came into limelight. Recently she worked in two new TVCs – a multinational company’s cold drink and cup noodles.
Meanwhile, Safa is to be present as a RJ at Love Struck by Safa on Radio ABC from 9:00pm to 100pm every Sunday. Safa acted first TV serial was University.
