Sadika Mahmud, a former student of Govt. Abdur Razzaq College had received a cheque of Tk, 10,000 from Hasiba Khan,UNO and President of the Governing body of the College on Monday for getting chance in Dhaka University.
Among others, Sabita Sarkar, Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Md. Jahirulla , Principal of the College , teachers of the College Prof Parimal Krishno Paul, Arun Kumar Bardhan, Ibrahim Khan and Prof Nasir Uddin Khan were present there.
Jahirulla said that they are proud for Sadika Mahmud’s getting chance being placed 182 in the Dhaka University. Sadika Mahmud expressed her gratitude that she is very glad receiving the presentation which will help her in future success.
