Sabudana- 1 cup
Cashew nuts – 9-10.
Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Oil – as required

Method
In a pan, roast the Sabudana. In another pan roast cashew nuts.
Now in another pan, add desiccated coconut , sugar and sprinkle little water. Cook the mixture till it turns golden brown.
Add the roasted Sabudana mixture and the coconut- sugar mixture in a blender and grind it.
Now in another pan add sugar and water to prepare a thick syrup. Then mix the prepared sugar syrup and grounded Sabudana mixture. Make lemon sized balls from it.
Garnish the prepared ladoos with rose petals and cashew nuts. Your dish is ready to serve.
