Sabina Yasmin rendered a song titled O Aamar Bangla Maa Tor written by Abu Omrah Md Fakhruddin and composed by noted music composer and director Alauddin Ali is one of the popular songs. Later Sabina rendered this song for several times either TV programmes or stage shows. Promising singer Sanjida Mahmud Nandita has rendered this song under new composition by Syed Nafiz. Sayon played the flute in the song. This song has already been released in ‘Igloo Ice-cream Facebook Page.’
After releasing the song, Nandita is getting huge appreciation from the music- lovers and listeners. Nandita said, “Few days ago, I rendered two songs of Sabina Yasmin Madam titled O Aamar Bangla Maa Tor and Sobkota Janala Khuley Daona in a programme on BTV. After performing in the show CEO of Igloo Kamrul Bhai requested me to render Sabina Madam’s O Aamar Bangla Maa Tor in new way. Sabina Madam is my favourite singer. But I was feared to render the song if there would be anything wrong I have to face criticism. But I got huge appreciation to render the song.”
Meanwhile, Nandita informed also that has lent her voice for a song under Basudev’s compostion to focus on mother which will be released on the occasion of coming Mother’s Day. She will perform in Chattogram on April 12, On April 13 at Manik Mia Avenue in Dhaka and on April 14 in the morning at Baridhara Club, at noon at Ladies Club and in the evening at University of Dhaka.
