Popular TV actress Saberi Alam and and actor Jitu Ahsan shared screen together for the first time in Badrul Anam Soud’s telefilm Shimanto. Later, they shared screen many times in a number of plays under the same director. Apart from sharing the screen time to time, the actors also shared one other thing and that was their birthday. Their birthday was on September 12. Both of them wished each other on that day. Saberi Alam and Jitu Ahsan also planned to spend the day with their dearest ones.
In fact, Saberi Alam’s birthday has not been celebrated since 2001 as her younger brother director Ahir Alam died in a tragic road mishap on September 11 in the same year. After that she never celebrated her birthday, but until her husband was alive, he used to do something on her birthday. The actress informed that her elder sister and her family members came to her house for lunch on that day.
While talking in this regard Saberi Alam told this correspondent, “After Ahir’s death, I do not celebrate my birthday. My husband used to do something on this day when he was alive. So, there was no special plan on my birthday. Everybody pray for me as I can remain well.”
On the other hand, Jitu Ahsan spent a busy day with his personal works.
However, he spent the evening with his family and enjoyed dinner with them outside home.
