The elderly former govt official Saber Ahmed , popularly known as Saber Master passes away on Monday morning due to old age complications. He was 80, Saber Master was the son of l.ate Md. Moniruzzaman hailed from South Madarsa village of Satkania upazila.
He was the Land Development officer (Tahsilder ) under Land Department ,Chattogram and retired from govt service since long .During his service tenure, he discharged his duties in different upazilas of south Chattogram .
He left behind elderly wife, 6 sons , one daughter and a number of relatives to mourn his death. He was buried at his family graveyard on same day in the evening after Asr prayer.
His younger son Fazlur Rahman is the Assistant Registrar of Chittogram University of Engineering & Technology.
