Bangladesh Women’s Handball team cruised to the semifinal of the 12th South Asian Games from Group-B beating Pakistan by 38-24 goals at the LNIPE, Sonapur on Thursday.
Bangladesh dominated the first half by 19-14 goals.
They will play the remaining group match against the Maldives on Friday at the same venue.
Earlier, Bangladesh crushed Afghanistan by 62-5 goals on Wednesday.
On Thursday’s other match, Nepal beat Sri Lanka by 36-24 goals.
