Legends of Rupganj suffered their second consecutive defeats in the Walton Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPDCL)losing to Kalabagan Cricket Academy by three wickets in their seventh round match held on Sunday at the BKSP ground in Savar.
Asked to bat first by Kalabagan, Legends of Rupganj were dismissed at a small total of 194 from their allotted 50 overs.
Chasing a winning target of 195 runs, Kalabagan easily reached home for the loss of seven wickets with five balls remaining.
Sharif of Kalabagan Cricket Academy was named the player of the match.
With the day’s win, Kalabagan joined the second position along with Rupganj with 10 points, both playing seven matches.
