Rupankar, Sumana render song for two Bengals

Popular singer of Kolkata Rupankar earlier lent his voice under Bangladesh’s Bappa Mazumder’s music composition. On the other hand, another popular singer of Kolkata Sumana Samanta Mukherjee also gave her voice in Bangladesh. Besides rendering song with Imran, Sumana also lent her voice for play-back song of Idris Haider’s first directed movie Nil Foring.
This time for the first time these two popular singers – Rupankar and Sumana rendered a duet song. They yesterday took part in recording of a song from morning to noon at Gariahat’s Gaan Bajna Studio. Its music video was also dfone during that time. Written by Bangaldesh’s Kabir Mohsin Reza music of the song titled Ar kono kotha noi, kono kotha noi ekhon, na bola kotha joto aj sob-e bolbo was composed by Kolkata’s Polash Das. Bishnu Sharma has made its video.
While talking about giving his voice with Sumana Rupankar told this correspondent over mobile phone from Kolkata, “Voice of Sumana is outstandingly superb. Earlier I heard her voice. For the first time I worked with her. The lyricist who wrote the song is really done well. In the meantime, Polashda also composed its music well. I have rendered the song with own liking. Sumana has also rendered outstandingly well.”
Sumana shared her feelings by this way, “Rupankarda is one of my favourite singers. I really felt lucky that I got the opportunity to render song with him. It is really a sweet romantic song. I have liked the song. I believe listeners and music lovers will enjoy the song, I think so.”
Rupankar also informed that the song will be released on Youtube on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr.
