The 32nd Annual General Meeting of Rupali Bank Limited was held at Diploma Engineering Institution, Dhaka on Tuesday. The AGM approved 24 percent stock dividend for the shareholders, said a press release.
Monzur Hossain, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rupali Bank Limited presided over The AGM. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank Md. Ataur Rahman Prodhan delivered his speech mentioning that the success of the Bank in 2017 is the result of co-operation and support of its shareholders, clients, Bank and Financial Institutions Division, Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.
He also thanked the Board of Directors and the management for their collective efforts towards the achievement of the bank. He mentioned that the bank is emphasizing on agriculture, women entrepreneurs.
