Runner Automobiles Limited has organised its 20th annual general meeting (AGM) recently.
In the meeting, held virtually on December 23, shareholders approved several agendas, including a 10 per cent cash dividend recommended by the board of directors for the last fiscal year, said a press release.
Runner Automobiles Chairman Hafizur Rahman Khan and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Reazul Chowdhury spoke at the meeting chaired by Company Secretary Mizanur Rahman.
