National Film Award winning actress Runa Khan did not return to acting in the beginning of New Year. But she informed that at the end of this month, she will start shooting of a web film. Before starting this work, she did not disclose about the details of this project. In the meantime, she has already finished shooting
of a government-grant movie titled Ekti Na Bola Golpo,
directed by Pankaj Palito. Runa played the central character in this movie. However, at the end of last year, she also started shooting of Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Raz directed drama serial Family Crisis Reloaded. It is her only started new drama serial now. Except this, she is not engaged with any other serial right now.
Today (January 11) is the birthday of Runa Khan. She will pass the day along with her husband, only daughter and mother. She does not keep any shooting schedule on this day. While sharing her realisation to come into present position in media, Runa Khan said, “I have already passed half of my life. At this stage, my realisation is if I can do for someone, I will do, but if I don’t, then I will remain silent. I do not want to be harmful for anybody. I am very simple person and lead very simple life. Loves of my family members are my great achievement. For acting, viewers love me – it is also an achievement for me. On my birthday, everybody prays for me as I can remain well.”
Runa Khan got the National Film Award for first time for acting in Tauquir Ahmed’s movie Halda. Runa has become a reliable actress to act in challenging roles among the directors in case of acting in episode dramas and drama serials. Golam Sohrab Dodul directed Shapludu was her acted last released movie. Runa got huge appreciation from the viewers to act in an exceptional role in this movie. Sajedul Awal’s Chhitkini, Badrul Anam Soud’s Gohin Baluchar and Mrittika Goon’s ‘Kalo Megher Bhela are Runa Khan acted mentionable released movies.
