The Independence Cup Rugby competition begins today (Sunday) at Govt. physical training college ground in the city’s Mohammadpur, said a Rugby Federation (Union) press release.
A total of six teams – split into two groups, will compete, organised by Bangladesh Rugby Federation (Union). The top team from each group will qualify for the final to be held later stage.
Participating teams:
Group A – Bangladesh Army, Victoria Sporting Club and Bangladesh Amaturer Rugby Club.
Group B -Rajdhahni Rugby Club, Gazipur Rugbi Club and Commerce College Rugby Club.
