Entertainment Report :Promising playwright and journalist Rudra Mahfuz is going to host two TV programmes soon. One is Icon Hour with icon personalities from the corporate world and the other is Cha, Coffee O Kobita, an arts, literature and cultural event. While talking about these two programmes Rudra Mahfuz told this correspondent, “I have already taken all the necessary arrangements of these two programmes. We plan to record some episodes of a programme some days before Eid and both these two programmes are supposed to be telecast in two private TV channels after Eid-ul-Fitr.” Rudra Mahfuz had a good connection to several cultural organizations in TSC while studying at the Department of Theater and Performance Studies of University of Dhaka, which helps him in this regard. In addition to performance in local environment such as at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Bangla Academy, Bishwa Sahitta Kendra, Rudra Mahfuz also hosted cultural programmes at Rabindra Sadan Nandan Moncho in Kolkata.
