Court Correspondent :Bangladesh pacer Rubel Hossain yesterday (Tuesday) surrendered to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka in a case filed with the Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal of Dhaka.Rubel appealed to the CMM Court to submit bail bond while Magistrate SM Ashikur Rahman gave him permission after hearing for submitting bail bond in the afternoon. The hearing in the case began at around 3:00 pm on Tuesday.On December 15, the High Court granted anticipatory bail to Bangladeshpacer Rubel Hossain for four weeks in the case. It was filed against him for allegedly having an affair with a cinema actress.Actress Nazneen Akter Happy lodged the case with Mirpur Model Police Station against Pacer Rubel under Section 9/1 of the Prevention of Women and Child Repression Act on December 13.
