The law enforcing agency arrested a student of Rajshahi University on charges of pornography on Tuesday.
They arrested him on Tuesday night from Station Bazar area near the university campus.
The accused student was identified as Khaliid Bin Walid, a fourth year student of Philosophy department of the university arrested after a case filed by his a female friend on Tuesday under the pornography control act, said the Motihar police station sub-inspector Shiddik.
Walid was already sent to jail through the court order, added the SI.
